Project Planning All projects are planned at the head office. If necessary, special engineering revisions are made for local site conditions.

Local Subcontractor Use, Central Supervision Application works are transferred to reliable subcontractors selected in the project country. However, every application is done with a Turkish project manager and central drawings.

Language and Culture Harmony Multi-lingual documentation specific to each project and technical documents suitable for country certifications are prepared.

Head Office Assurance All offers, contracts, payment processes, and quality audits are carried out by the Istanbul head office. That is, the Nish Global identity does not change, no matter where in the world it is.

Additional documents suitable for each country's regulations are prepared specifically for the project. The project is not considered "finished" until these documents are delivered to the customer.
